Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy is provided in a supportive, safe space to help clients discuss issues and find solutions to better strengthen their relationships.
Children & Adolescents
Play therapy and other evidenced-based interventions are used to help children and adolescents struggling with behavioral issues, social issues, anxiety and depression. Additionally, help is available for parent/child conflict and parents navigating co-parenting after separation or divorce.
Mental Health Symptoms
Depression, fear, stress, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Additionally, many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances.
